10-Year Pro Rata Limited Mattress Warranty

Paderna Therapeutics Inc. warrants to the purchaser that their Paderna Recharge™ Mattress will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of its purchase. Furthermore, if this Paderna Recharge Mattress should be deemed defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, it will be replaced or repaired at the option of Paderna Therapeutics Inc., subject to the limitations described in this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not cover variations in firmness that are less than or equal to plus or minus 15% of the normal firmness according to the norm as specified by ISO 3386.

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear which includes increases in foam softness and/or decreases in foam recovery. All foam, regardless of chemical composition, will lose some of its resiliency (memory) over its life. This is true of inner spring and hybrid mattresses, also. This is normal and not included in this Limited Warranty. Any such changes in the foam over time will not compromise the comfort or the pressure-relieving capabilities of the mattress.

This Limited Warranty does not cover mattresses that are used on improper support surfaces such as worn or soft box springs that are creating a sag in the surface, or for those sleepers that weigh in excess of 350 lbs. The purchaser will be required to provide information on support surface, including photographic images with any claims.

All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the Paderna Recharge Mattress and/or cover (fabric ticking) has been physically abused, damaged, stained, cut, or torn.

This Limited Warranty is only valid with the original registered purchaser of the Paderna Recharge Mattress. Proof of purchase will be required to establish purchaser as the original purchaser and eligible to make a valid claim under this Limited Warranty. The original invoice or proof of payment is the only acceptable proof of purchase.

This Limited Warranty is void if not registered within 90 days from the purchase (by mail or online registration) or not purchased directly from a Paderna Therapeutics Inc. reseller or through the website www.padernasleep.com.

This Limited Warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights which may vary from state to state in the United States.

A Paderna Therapeutics Inc. designated representative or agent shall make the final determination regarding refund or replacement.

Year (1) One to (10) Ten

This Limited Warranty is prorated based on the year it is presented as defective. If it is repairable, the purchaser will be charged the handling cost, or if replaceable, the prorated amount plus transportation (valid for both scenarios) will be charged. The replacement credit will be at 100% of the original purchase price for the first year. Starting years two (2) to ten (10), there will be a decrease in replacement credit of 10% per year. If purchaser accepts a replacement for the first purchased Paderna Recharge Mattress, no further replacement or refund will be issued and a shipping fee of $150 will be charged.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to any accessories such as Paderna Recharge Bed Toppers or Paderna Recharge Pillows, which carry a separate 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to accessories such as Flex Foundations, Power Adjustable Bases, Mattress Protectors, Celliant Sheets, etc.
